At Novokart.shop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • All original tags, labels, invoices, and accessories must be included.

  • Items must be in resellable condition.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Perishable goods

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue the refund via bank transfer or UPI (details will be collected during the return process).

📦 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we’ll cover the return shipping.

  • For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind, size issues), the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

We’ll guide you through the return shipping process after your request is approved.

❗ Damaged / Wrong Products

If your item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product

  • Order number and packaging images (if possible)

We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund once verified.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return the item and place a new order separately.
