📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed and another when it is shipped.

🚚 Delivery Timeframes

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote Areas: May take up to 8–10 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your pincode, product availability, or during festive seasons.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free Shipping on all prepaid orders)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹49 extra (if available for your pincode)

Shipping charges (if any) are displayed during checkout before payment.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via email or SMS

  • A link to track your shipment in real time

You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section of your account on our website.

⚠️ Delays & Delivery Issues

We strive to meet our delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

  • High demand during sales/festive periods

❗ Undelivered Orders

If the courier is unable to deliver your order after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Prepaid order refunds will be processed after we receive the returned parcel

  • COD orders will be canceled automatically

To avoid failed deliveries, please ensure your phone number and address are accurate at checkout.

🌐 Service Availability

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
